There's no need for a second administrator. You simply have to present your case, and that will be discussed at the Psychonaut Head Office.

CM, i don't see why you think it'd be a bad idea to open a new section. i think it would balance things more. i think it would oxygenate things here. if you're thinking that maybe people are going to start telling others to "get back to their section" or something similar, well, that's flaming, it could be moderated as disruptive behaviour.
