t's hard to tell from the pics which make it look like it is fine... but if it is really very wet and grey it can be a bacterial infection / wet spot. Also when there is senescence (basically your mycelium becoming geriatric) or it is stalling you may see this appearance, but the latter scenarios should not apply to you.
Manipulate it as little as possible, gloves would have been a lot better since you cannot really kill all bacteria on your skin very well.. and you shouldn't, they are important flora to your skin! So wait, keep conditions optimal and see. I don't think hydrogen peroxide or something like that is gonna do you much good.
Do you spray with sterile water?
A strong mycelium should have resistance to kinds of contaminations, but can still get infected - don't tempt fate.
