No, I had not heard of the Maya kin before, though somebody once told me what I am according to the Mayan calendar. Not sure if that information is really useful, as it is so general.

OK. Do you think the "Wiccan Wheel of the Year" is part of the ancient tradition, or a modern concoction? I have no idea myself. On one page I'm reading: "The eight-spoke wheel is thought by many to be a Celtic symbol; however, it appeared in Greek symbolism as early as 600 BC, over two hundred years prior to Aegean/Mediterranean contact with the Celts."

He got the third wheel in the list from my school. It was WISESeminary.com, but we have merged with Woolston-Steen Theological Seminary http://www.wiccanseminary.edu. The third wheel is the Sophomore Wheel and is missing 6 outer layers that you learn about in the Junior and Senior classes.

It was cool to find my brain child online, even though it is copywritten. I began the Wheel of WISE project in 1988. It took me 15 years of research prayer and meditation to finish it.

It is a scientific baseline within which to study magic. It is based upon the principle as above, so below. And will help the student find the holes and/or human flaws, additions, etc. in any esoteric system.

Once you learn how to read it, it's an invaluable tool for those less gullible students of the craft.
