You don't have to do alot to get benefits from them, just chew a gram or two and you get a nice fluid salivating effect that feels very healthy, dreams full of sweet content and anti-depressing "warming" feelings.

I would suggest drinking the mushroom blood (as per the grail method) for the health effects however, and the dried fruit would be for purposes of acceleration of spirit.

Have you ever felt like on psylocybes you could see the nature of reality but could not think fast enough to grasp its intimate link with the holographic reality ? Besides I would also like to disclose the ingredients of the holy annointing oil that was also kept one of the highest secrets but should always have been used by the population ; not only by the priests to maintain a secret power.

Holy annointing oil :
(good against ANY skin ailment and to relax muscle, keep the sexual organs fluid)

Cold pressed olive oil
dip fresh cannabis buds to saturate the oil and then filter and press to squeeze most of the oil out. (pillow dress works well here) *cannabis resin will work too but less good*
Add some more olive oil to get a thinner consistency, most of the oil shoud absorb in skin but not leave a THC residue.
Add Myrrh until it smells well like Myrhh.
Add Cinnamon essential oil until it smells well like cinnamon, but not masking the myrrh.
Add Sweet basil essential oil until it has a slight tint of basil smell.

There are some variations but that is basically it.

This ointment makes the skin very fluid and resistant to abrasion, it will heal all skin problems including epidermal cancerous growth sometimes in very short treatment periods.

Hope this is useful, cannabis is of course the magic ingredient ! Yes, some of it familiar, a lot of it unfamiliar. I'm reading about chemistry and ingestion now. Funny name, Ambrosia Society. When I named my shop Ambrosia three years ago I had no idea there was a connection to entheogenic mushrooms. I just liked the sound of this Greek version of the Sanskrit word amrita, the nectar of immortality.

I assume that live mycelium makes the best ambrosia by digesting grape juice, this must be the psychedelic effects with the added benefit of fresh antibiotics and complexed minerals. The cold water extraction in my experience is not that psychedelic, it does however have the effects on mood.

I think its the only substance known to man that potentiates with the addition of water, this is an incredible property, I had always did my experience with concentrated soups and it was only when recycling my urine that I had the psychedelic effects.

I'm going to try the true ambrosia recipe this summer with freshly dried spores and see how vigorous of a mycelium I can sprout, then hope to attain the 5 fold dilution and true psychedelic-euphoric effects.

Well, December 1 of 2008 the Dutch minister of health (ahem) added the Amanita muscaria and Amanita pantherina to the list of illegal drugs. In practice this means the smartshops do not sell dried Amanita caps anymore.

I picked my first Amanita mushroom a couple of months ago, a few yards from my former boy scouts cabin, and let them dry at room temperature. I weighed the cap, and it's 1,3 grams. I guess that will do for a first try, either today or tomorrow. I also have 60 grams of dried Amanitas from a smartshop. I guess I'll try something between 3 and 6 grams next Sunday.

I heard the effects of Amanita can last quite long, at least longer than cubensis mushrooms. Does it also keep you awake like shrooms and acid do? I could imagine it doesn't, because of the reported sedative effects. What would be the latest time of day to ingest the Ambrosia if I'd like to fall asleep around midnight?
