I have co-codamol (aka Tylenol 3) which is 8mg/500mg codeine phosphate and paracetamol respectively. How much is gonna be good for a first timer? Will I have to do a cold water extraction? If so, how?

yes you will have to do an extraction. hate to be the bringer of bad news, but.. that's a very, very low ratio of codeine to paracetamol. you'd have to extract a lot of pills and if you don't do it right you will be shopping for a new liver with that much paracetamol in the mix... i'd personally be hesitant to even take 3 of those pills at once. i think the max daily dose of paracetamol is 4g, only if it is spread out over 24 hours

perhaps someone whose done the CWE might know better..

(The most codeine I've done was 60mg at once, when i had a legitimate prescription. even at that dose it was hardly recreational, just a great painkiller that let me sleep.. a bit dreamy i guess, particularly the first time i tried it)

I know somebody who has been in clinical rehab three times because of codeine. He started using it as a teenager, thinking it can't be too bad. Well, turns out it can be really bad and really addictive. So be careful!

I've now got some 30/500 Solpadol tablets. I did 2 a couple of days ago, and got a slight relaxed buzz, but I want to do 5, so obviously I need to do an extraction. But I'm a bit scared that I'll do it wrong and end up without a liver. Anyone whose done a cold water extraction, could you post some help for me?

I've done cold water extractions but I think I fucked them up and poisoned myself. My advice is get something really fine to filter it with, and be very thorough, paracetamol sucks. Filter it twice or three times and make sure there is no solids left in it.

Also I heard they're considering making it legal to sell it without the toxic crap in it.
