I drew this under the influence of three hits of LSD. I'm new to drawing on acid, and I'd say this is my best acid drawing yet. I'm just figuring out the trick to it.

or only when you look into it ? and when you look at the margin it gets brighter? and did you do that one yourself too?

hum, I tried to look at it with that perspective. But I really didn't see anychanges of color or more brightness when I look at the margin. Can you explain better what you see?

That's a photography I took, and I edited the collors. But yes, I moved the objects to look like that.

Hey!!

Well it's difficult to describe... It's like as soon as i try to realize the structure of the forms in the image, it gets all darker, maybe because of the shadings that get very dark?? and then when i focus on the plains of color or on brighter aspects of the image it gets brighter. quite cool actually...kind of gloomy...
but then as you said it was a photo i looked at it with different eyes and the effects didn't come so much like before.
Anyway nice works there dudes!!! Impressive!!!!!!! :shock:

A photo or a drawing, it remains a picture in a cpu, but I wish I could draw that, with oil painting!

Compelled to a world of solemnity

I've tried myself a bit on photo-manipulation, and this is the result. I didn't follow a special concept, I just started mashing pictures together
I'm not really content with that one, I have the feeling as if something was missing.

Misery: Way to fkn go on that picture man! That picture is FUCKING awesome!
Only I do not feel like something is missing in that picture, it's just that the background somehow doesn't really 'melt' together with the that weird island in the front. Still Awesome though!

The trees on the rock are pretty cool, but *smartass mode on* the lighting and "look" is quite a bit different from the background, so it looks a bit like the trees on the rock are standing in front of a photo-wallpaper. I know it's very tricky to match lighting (I tried a few times to match blue-box lighting to a keyed background and found that it seems pretty much impossible sometimes...). With the look I mean the foreground looks more digital, while the background has kind of an old film look, slight differences in grain and color. *smartass mode off*
I don't mean to be rude, just I'm a lighting fanatic and spend whole days trying to figure out lighting concepts - so I just had to say that
