Following Phatass topic, i think i would be interresting to list the 5 drugs
you dislike/had bad experience with. Please comment.

As for me (from the little i know):

1- TOBACCO/NICOTINE
Very little pleasure but unable to stop

2- BOOZE
Must admit i sometimes enjoy it but too often change peoples behaviour
(including mine) They become assholes/hooligans

3- CRACK
Fast and enjoyable flash (but too short).
When you do it, you become a selfish/egocentric liar. Very toxic

4- DATURA
Had a very bad experience with it and never heard anything good about it.
Poisonous

5- OPIATES
I have a love/hate relationship with them.
Love the effect but hate their addictiveness. Makes you a slave

1. Alcohol
2. Cigarettes
3. MDMA
4. LSA
5. Any synthetic other than LSD. :D

peace & love

You tried them all?

My list:

1. Nicotine
2. Caffeine
3. Sugar
4. LSA
5. Alcohol

in order of abhorrence:

1. sugar
2. alcohol + cigarettes
3. those toxic cigarettes
4. alcohol
5. cheap cannabis

I could guess there are worsts but honestly haven't tried; so I wont.

In no particular order, and only what I tried myself.

Weed
MDMA
Ketamine (I love its effects, but it could be my downfall)
Nicotin
Nutmeg

dimenhydrinate (large doses... delirium is not that fun)
diphenhydramine (large doses... same as above)
blue lotus (didn't try much tho)
LSA (too much pain for such a small high)
Mirtazepine (did nothing for my depression but made me fat ;) )

1. amphetamines
2. cigarettes
3. alcohol
4. cocaine
5. cannabis (has had some negative long-term effects on me.. but then again I did smoke it all day non-stop  )

You tried them all?

No sorry. I just don't like anything that isn't natural. I guess I can't talk. I have no 5 lol.

peace & love

As a child I determined which drugs I would never take:

1) heroine
2) cocaine
3) nicotine

Later on I experimented with different substances, but found these to have undesirable effects:

4) Datura
5) BZP (nice euphoria but terrible headache afterwards)

Good question... I'll see if I can get to 5:

1. Cigarette smoke
2. Alcohol
3. Caffiene in all its forms
4. Weed
5. ....

ohwall nearly.

Edit: I suppose Chloroform / some other lab solvents would be up there - very heavy feeling, and a sickly sweet smell / "taste"

note that i'm only stating my opinions based on my own subjective personal experiences; your mileage may vary.

1. tobacco
addiction is costly... and definitely not worth the buzz that only lasts for a few months anyway.

2. stimulants (coke/crack and most amphetamines)
neurotoxic. not worth the addiction. and not recreational.

3. alcohol
toxic as hell. and being disoriented, acting like an idiot, and being nauseous and drowsy gets old pretty fast. can lead to a horrible addiction and consequently, a potentially fatal withdrawal syndrome.

4. benzos
can lead to a horrible addiction. the high is basically alcohol minus the nausea - not recreational enough, but useful against insomnia, and anxiety disorders. also a good opiate potentiator, but combinations with other downers is risky.

5. opiates
my favorite high ever - plus it isn't neurotoxic, in fact studies suggest that it actually boosts your immune system. however the addiction is crippling. many months after i beat the withdrawal (physical addiction) i'm STILL craving opiates all day every day (mental addiction). apart from heroin, opiates are quite expensive too.

From all substances I did expirimental, crack was by far the biggest bullshit. Although extremly pleasureable effects for about 10 minutes with 3 pipes, it gave me 2 tremdendous unpleasant days in where I felt down and physically weak and fever cold. Mentally I couldn't enjoy anthing, not even food or sex. I can't imagine myself become addicted to an activity a this. The side effects are extreme and long-lasting for just minutes of intens pleasure.

Also dextro-amphetamine, it prevented me from getting a good sleep for about 24 hours while I just snorted one small line. There were minor stimulant effects just mental concentration, it just prevented me from falling asleep. Excellent for people with mentally demanding jobs, pilots who're doing long flights for example.

Cocaine, same as crack, just many times milder and slightely enjoyable to me. Although after snorting a few lines last month after a year, I noticed the stuff isn't doing it for me anymore. In the past 3 years did it like once every 4 months. Mostly because it was offered by others, only bought it like 4 times myself.

Alcohol, meh, coming from a family where I developed a sort of fear for this substance. Only drinked two times in my entire life, and it will remain that way till death.

Amphetamine.

Strange enough I do enjoy tobacco from time to time. Smoking a cig from time to time is a very pleasant high to me.

The only substance I have no control over is caffeine. I'm addicted to coffee in a similar way as many cocaine freaks. I get empty and irritated without it. Tapering off is no problem prior to a forthcoming trip. But with the working life, I can't say no.

Alcohol destroyed the lives of my father, my uncle and grandparents. My father died of liver failure. The family on my mother's side knows how to drink moderately though. I sometimes (about 4 times a year) drink a glass of beer, wine or champagne. I avoid going to places where people get tipsy or drunk.

nicotine, active as well as passive..

alcohol, I do drink some wine or beer from time to time, it can be nice, but in higher quantities... makes people to idiots most of the time.

nitrous

amphetamines. I was never able to try mdma though, and never will. but not knowing on what I'm missing out it doesn't bother me that much.

and all this stuff like cocaine crack heroin morphine etc. but I never tried any of those. except for morphine, got it in hospital some times, it's very nice, but I wouldn't do it just for fun. I once got funny sleeping pills, those were nice, but damn they were addictive. would have been interesting what compound this was.

coke and alchohol.
I see a lot of trouble around me because of these two. And the combinations of these two.

My dad has had trouble controling his drinking all his life, and his dad had troubles controling his drinking.
Luckly my dad is still alive, My parents broke up because my dad's drinking problems. He has lost his drivers license a couple of times because of drunk driving.
Nowaday's he is more responsible but he still likes to drink.

I never tried coke, and i never will.

sad :( I have a similar story but won't get into it.

1. tobacco
addiction is costly... and definitely not worth the buzz that only lasts for a few months anyway.
it's OK as a relaxant although poisoning others by passive-smoking is unbearable.

If I don't get my nicotine every ~3 hours, withdrawal turns me into an anxious, irritated, desperate asshole... Then I have a cigarette and I'm back to normal...
So I'd say that in my case, it only "relaxes" me enough to get back to baseline, but it doesn't make me any better than that...
And I agree with you, secondhand smoke is horrible. Not to mention the smell, especially how long the smell stays on me... Blegh...

yeah, that's horrible of course. I somehow can use it in moderate ways but a deep addiction is really horruble. :?

I can use it moderate to. I sometimes smoke tobacco(American Spirit) , not every day.
My mother also smokes moderate about once every two or tree months.

But if I don't pay attention I could become addicted. It's my choice not to become addicted.

2. Nicotine
3. Amphetamines
