Sur un forum anglophone ou quelqu'un posait la question de savoir si telle variété de cubensis était vraiment plus forte ou quelque chose du genre, ces 2 extraits représentent bien l'avis de la majorité des réponses :
"A cube is a cube. Despite the macroscopic differences, you probably won't notice much difference in potency, if at all. Especially if you used MS.
Of course, they might be a lot more potent than you're used to. Or a lot less. The only way to know is to start small."

By they all have the potential to be wicked good. If grown from multi spore they are usually pretty good but it really is a crapshoot, potency can vary from flush to flush or mushroom to mushroom even.
You mighy eat golden teachers and they'll blow your mind and next time they wont.
But... you can clone an awesome fruit or isolate single strains and test each one searching for the ultimate potency, growing speed, size/clusters etc and any combination of the aforementioned.
This culture can be kept alive into perpetuity."
Personnellement j'ai pas assez d’expérience pour donner mon avis mais apparemment oui, il serait plus utile de faire de la sélection et d'isoler une souche performante peu importe la variété que de choisir une variété avec des souches au hasard.
