True, but in the case of sex-without-heart the effect is strengthened, while in the case of sex-with-heart you get an oxytocine release, which makes a lot of difference.

truth is I've only had a few orgasms that were without ejaculation, for I only started practicing this a month or so ago. They lasted for a couple of minutes, though time doesn't really have anything to do with it.
