It is funny how psychedelic Tool can be, I mean, they write music that isn't based on theory, but more like noise and math. I guess you could call them art-rock, really. I mean, the song Lateralus, is a must listen. You can pick out the lyrics to find the fibonacci sequence. Just nuts. If you haven't listened to Tool, especially Lateralus, then definitely go to songza.com or something and look it up. You won't be disappointed. It's like the sound of the mind screaming in revelation.

Yeah lol

Didn't realize about the fibonacci earlier on. Wow.

What made me dissolve lately is Mr. Oizo.
Quite interesting stuff if you are willing to dive into it.

Tool has made some pretty amazing music, but it makes me feel down, so I don't listen to it very often. I also heard it during a trip one time, and didn't like it, except for some passages.

Next time you guys are tripping on LSD you should really listen to this it will take you on a wonderful journey:

Shpongle, Hallucinogen

Go to http://www.psylentharmony.net/downloads.html and download a few DJ Sets the guy has made. Some are amazing. The music is similar to the above kinds.

Once you are tripping and 'comfortable' listen to this
Kindzadza, Alien Mental, Derango. Just focus on the music for a bit with an open mind and it will all start making sense.

Guys you can download Kindzadza - Waves from inner space, Alien Mental - Mind Hack from http://www.psymania.com

I think you can download the old Shpongle albums from that site too.

Seriously give this music a try on acid. Its crazy.

psymania is a good site. Kindzadza is cool, the only psy-CD I have bought

augustus pablo really makes me calm

I like a lot of kind of reggae dub, like lee scratch perry, mad professor, king tubby, scientist, jah shaka, zion train, dub syndicate and prince far I

there are a lot of songs I don't like from them with to much voices or effects that get louder at once, but I made a special list where I filter out the 'negative' ones

yeah and its not just the lyrics on that track its also the music being played contains the fibonacci sequence as well
maynards a genius IMO

You can reorder the songs on that album so it all flows naturally. Do a google search for Lateralus and Fibonacci to find out more.
