I don't know if it is bad to mix cannabis with MDMA, but I would doubt that it is. Why would you mix them, anyway?
I know a lot of folks who smoke on the come down, but I think rest and fluids are better.
Permanent damage? Again, I would doubt it. If you give yourself time to recover from that small amount of abuse, you'll probably be ok. But don't get into a habit of it. Get rest. Take your vitamins, exercise and eat well and in a month you should be 100%. In future, don't roll more often than once a month or so, or at the very least, once every two weeks (but make sure you treat your body right inbetween).
Remember too, there have been NO long term studies of MDMA's effects (these are ongoing), but all indications are that unless you are a polydrug abuser you can recover from its effects quickly after a period of abstinence. That means abstinence from all drugs, especially alcohol.
There is a big difference between a "professional" and an "amateur". Be aware of your body and when to take, and not to take various drugs. "No" is ok. Your body will tell you what you need if you listen to it. Do this and you can expect to be able to reach altered states well into old age and beyond. Hell, good 'ol Albert tripped often all the way up until he became ill. Then again, if you are over 90 you have to take it a bit easier.![Wink ;) ;)](https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f609.png)
