im completely amateur misery, have my cam 2 months and edit the pics with the the cams software :? i downloaded photoshop element(as ppl said its as good for pros as for beginners) but i dont know how to burn it on dvd and make it function...
that just was some constructive critique :) it is a common "mistake" people make in the beginning.
if you downloaded elements, you could get photoshop anyway. download it from adobe.com and then you can try it for 30 days, and you can enter a serial.

'd like to know your comments ;-)

well, for me it's too much of just lines, try to add more hidden objects or stuff like that, variate a bit.
in this form, it's not unlikely that the picture gets boring :(
the upper half looks good, I can see structure, forms and 3d stuff in it. but the lower part kinda looks a bit rushed. maybe it's because it's getting lighter down there.
it's an interessting technique, I do like it, but in my opinion it's not that suitable for stand-alone pictures, if you get what I'm trying to say ;)

well, and here's something new from me. after reading a bunch of geometric and mathematic stuff about the golden cut, golden spiral, the Fibonacci numbers etc. I got inspired to do this one :)
I sure will more of that geometric, graphical stuff, I just love it.

yourownworld,

i like this piece and your other work that I've seen. You obviously put a lot of time and energy into them. This particular one holds a great deal of mystery.
I wonder if the piece is in motion, if it's transparent, if what we see is just the edge of a much larger structure, . . . if it's as tall as a building or taller, etc.

I'm not an art critic, but I enjoy art, and I've always liked drawing with a pencil. If I could offer you any suggestions, I would say give us just a hint as to some of the things I mentioned above. If it's transparent, darken some of the lines in the forground, . . maybe give us a reference to its size by adding something alongside it. I like to use clouds or even birds to show size, . . you get the idea. Mystery's a good thing but i think even just a little more information will only add TO the mystery of your work. Either way, nice work, look forward to seeing more.

Thanks for your comments =)

yes the last one I find it too heavy

the last one is awesome, that's what I've been talking about. you can find so much things in it. I can see some horses, wheat, grass, rocks, birds and so on :D also there is a lot of movement and dynamic in it :)
this is truly a good one :)

yes, those last 2 are great, especially the last one :)

i don't have a name for this yet, but here's another oil painting i just finished.

Great!!! It's like a glimpse into your mind :) how big is it?

^ thanks! it's only 9 X 12", . . . working on big canvases was taking forever so I'm experimenting with some small ones.

keep experimenting man, I can stare your paintings and there's so much going on it never bores me

Hi

Well, I'm currently tripping with 150mg of amt
I feel good, I can enjoy the music

But I don't know why I can't really feel 'full of happiness'

'got no special inspiration, no great idea
I just feel boring

It's not without some kind of pain that I took it from my mind

I was thinking "Satisfy my soul is not something easy"

I was thinking "Satisfy my soul is not something easy"

I don't know if you've ever done it but these have a very salvia like feel to them. Great stuff man :)

sorry to hear that yourownworld :|

here's a new fractal I made, I'm not too satisfied about the fractal itself, but I'm really proud that I found a way make a 3d picture
I hope you know how to look at stereoskopic pictures, just cross your eyes like that --> http://www.astropictures.de/Sonstige/schielen_frau.jpg
and then try to get the two middlepoints together :) took me some time until I got it, but it was worth it :p

click it :)

didn't have enough time for better renders. I am going to work more on that stuff anyway

awsome stuff molybd :prayer:

sweet misery :) I was actually logining on to post a fractal as well lol

My third image using Apophysis. Sadly the program does the work practically by itself so i cant take much credit.

pretty nice for the third one :) mine always ended up being blurry..
if you want advice or something, don't hesitate to ask :)

you guys might like this new fractal I made:

http://miseryindex.deviantart.com/art/Into-Infinity-71417851

please look at it in full view

a little explanation: if you zoom into all those little spirals, no matter which spiral, you kind of end up with a similar picture like zoomed out one :) this is infinite, it won't end, never :D
and in case someone has an insane supercomputer, he might be able to render some of the zooming in :)

*hopes for quantum computer*
