The best size for fotos is abot 600 X 600 or less . There are lots of programs wich will resize fotos . Nero photosnap is one .

sry it took so long, but yeah i have only read this info only 2x, but i have encountered, personally, hundreds upon hundreds of "LBM's" as they call them, that look similar to these (below) if not nearly identical to the true psilocybes (i only found these pics after a brief internet search, but they do spark some sense of familiarity in my mind...)

the only problem here is that im not familiar with the specific species that was mentioned earlier, (the wavy cap?) but i do know a good bit about the psilocybe that grows around here (Georgia) and there are many varieties that look almost identical to the ones i be looking for, only most of the time there is some dead giveaway, ie: not bruising blue, or no "skirt" or no connected gills, or a different pattern of gill connection, but i have (read more than heard) that there can be varieties that are indistinguishable from the psilocybe, unless a spore print is done.

off topic, but if anyone wants to PM me with a brief tutorial on embedding pictures in a thread, please do that. it should be something like "<img", no?

One way of doing it .

Either you have a picture or you find one in the net right click on it and choose "Download image" . Then when youve checked its the right size = about 600 X 600 , or you have resized it to that sze with "Nero photo snap" or another programe you can add it to your post . Just scroll downwards untill you see "Add an atachment" writen in red and then under that to the right find "Browse" and press it . It will show you your hard disc drive and then all you have to do isselsct thge picture, mark it and press "Open" . Then press "Submit" as usual .

There are other ways to do it to .

The one mushroom Psilocybe Pelliculosa is a P.Semilanceata look alike . But it also contains Psilocybin and is not poisonous .

The other one does look like baby Psilocybe Cyanescens , but not if you have learned what P.Cyanescens looks like . The stems are different . What species is it ?

Its definately picking season now where i am . Both P.Semilanceata and P.Cyanescens are out .
