Symbology of a dream

When I was 6 I dreamt that we got the day off because the teacher was sick. I woke up and thought, Oh shit, now I have to go to school anyways. So my mom brought me and my brother to school only to find out that the teacher was sick and we had the day off. Yippie!

She was only sick twice in my entire school carreer.

The one dream I mentioned earlier was after a nice shroom trip. I dreamt that I was in love with a girl and that I was sitting with her in a cafe. The feelings were so strong that I woke up and had plenty of time to think about and remember the dream, as it was 3 am and didn't have anything to do. I didn't recognize her in my dreams, but remembered the clothes she had on. Three months later I was sitting with my new girlfriend in said cafe and had a click: she had on the same clothes and was talking about the same things. The music was the same as well. In my dream I started to say: Hey, I've dreamt about this, and in reality three months later I couldn't stop my mouth from saying the exact same thing.

Was this a prediction? No. I didn't make judgements and I didn't know it was going to happen, but I had a feeling in both instances (there were more) that they were real. Usually my dreams are much weirder than these simple scenes and they contain elements that are outside the realm of reality, like giant tidal waves, huge snakes, messed up gravity, and so on. Was it a presentiment? Maybe.

Maybe we should all start to find a bit more out about the scientific theorys that try to explain de ja vu experiences and the tricks the brain can play .

When i wa a kid i had a very disturbing nightmare about it was important not to miss school . I tried hard to remember and in the morning i did . I went to school and it was sunday.........

Hmmm you all have such rational dreams, I am happy if there are humans included

Some years ago when I was travelling, I also had such a predictive dream. The old Native American (Lakota) man, whom I met two weeks after that dream was in it. And I mean CLEAR. The afternoon I met Eugene, I told him about that dream…He just laughed and said: “it sometimes happens…

A person whom I had known one or two years before had moved to the United States (Houston). One night I had a dream of lots of people dancing, and he came dancing by as well. I woke up, thought about the dream, and went on with my business. That day I met the person, and he had arrived in Amsterdam that morning, to visit his parents for a week. Pretty weird.

I think the effect doesnt lie in the universe or the future being predictable or seeable but in the human mind . We only think we / our senses are as reliable as we think we / they are . The reality we think we can see or sense are realy the mind trying to compensate for itself . Like someone being beamed in a room , putting a smile on their face , sitting on their hands and pretending they are not realy alarmed by the situation .... I`ve been there a load of times myself .

Mr.Smith a dit:
its the human mind, embeded in and part of the universe therefor part of the same fractal, which creates the links, sees the iterations
I've seen a program about a dog who could sense when the man of the house would return (in this case from an irregular work schedule, involving travel by airplane etc.), about an hour in advance, and it was said that though the case of this dog was exceptional, many dogs have this ability to some extent.

In my opinion there are many things beyond the understanding of the human mind.

There is no need for me to convince people in any way. I saw what I saw and felt what I felt.

"I've seen a program about a dog who could sense when the man of the house would return"

I`ve seen that and programs like it . It hasnt been explained and there is an explenation , we will have to wait and see with an open mind . I dont think its good that anyone says it is this or that or proof of anything . Better wait and see . I am very interested in such subjects , thats how i came to the subject of "drugs" . I dont think that any rational person can deny that there are unanswered questions , but thats what they are , unanswered questions . People taking them , mixing them with facts and false understood history and building their own personal reality fantasys and preaching that as facts doesnt help anyone or help solve the unanswered questions .

"In my opinion there are many things beyond the understanding of the human mind. "

I think at the moment some things are beyond our understanding but that we will get there sometime later .

True, it wasn't explained on that program. And I've never seen anyone explain such phenomena on these channels (National Geographic, Discovery Channel etc.). But on the Internet it's being discussed. I think Mr.Smith summed it up quite well.

The thing with the dog needs to be looked at with scientific method when the dog is alone at home so he gets no clues that his master is comming home if it hasnt already .

I dont agree with what Mr.Smith said .

Both .

Fractals Cack-tails .

"competing forces of gravity and cosmic expansion."

And probably what are known as vacume fluctuations .

"But a small team of physicists, including Francesco Sylos Labini of the Enrico Fermi Centre in Rome and Luciano Pietronero of the University of Rome argue that the data shows the opposite: the universe continues to look fractal as far out as our telescopes can see."

= a small group of scientists with a theory .

"Modelling a fractal universe with general relativity is possible in theory, but in reality it would be devilishly complicated. That would leave cosmologists without a working model, like acrobats without a net."
