I experienced today this neocaine... be careful with the dosage. It's a strong coke-like. I have done a thin line, 5 cm length. at 11h00 this morning.

It hit me like a train... euphoric, need to talk or to have a very intellectual work, very focused..

it lasts 5 hours and the come-back is slight... nervous tenses are very tolerable

a pill is supposed to contain 15 doses.

Let me note for anyone doing lines based on length. Don't, it's a horrible method as different chems weigh different weights, so you get different amounts to say the Least.

The suggest dosage of NeoCaine was 5mg from a user at champagneelegals or whatever it was.
