how to dry fresh shrooms ?

Your mushrooms should be OK but an oven isnt realy good . Spread out on a piece of paper at 18°C is best .

No,you just turn on the heat,but it has a "special" system that saves mushrooms from burning. I don't know how it works,but works :wink:

It would be good to know the temperature because one might be drying the mushrooms at a temperature that harms the sacramental content . How hot does the top get ? If it gets to hot is it possible to run it with the top off or open and thereby lower the temperature ?

The temperature is not to high,I can touch it with my hand without "ouch'es".But if you are afraid that its to hot for sacred shrooms,you can take the top off.

It would be good if you could measure the temperature and if it still works with the lid off / half on if its to hot .
