You didn't specify what source you got the 360mg from but from what I've been told and read, Robitussin Max Str cough is the best as it only contains dxm as an active ingredient, and in a fairly decent quantity.

I've seen my little brother robo-tripping and I think that's what's prevented me from ever wanting to do it. I don't believe I've ever seen someone act so completely retarded, not even Rain man.

If you live in france, why don't you simply buy Tuxium ? It costs only 2.32 euros for a box of 10 pills I think, nothing but DXM in it...

Seems that 360 mg was a good dose isn't it ?
However, DXM seems indeed not good for sleeping. A side effect of my trip was that it 'suppressed' my ability to dream (or to remember dreams) for one week !

Not sure, here is what I found for the Tuxium composition:

magnésium trisilicate, miglyol 812, lécithine végétale, cire d'abeille jaune, huile végétale partiellement hydrogénée, saccharine sodique, menthe poivrée essence, eucalyptus essence, menthol, gélatine, glycérol, fer rouge oxyde, menthe verte essence.

Sorry, I do not translate but as you see there are many other things than DXM... I read some side effect from the glycerol which may gives you headaches or digestive problems. If they notice it for a 30 mg cap, guess that this may happend with 20 pills :?
Nothing harmfull I'm sure but well.
