You're right god, It was in a corner. Goran says that it is definitely a cereus peruvianus. I am going to assume that he is right.

I WAS SO CLOSE!!! Oh well. I guess I'm not as lucky as I thought. I can probably get pedros at a garden center near me though. Thanks for your help everyone.

Hey, I then I was thinking the right thing. The ribs are too pronounced to be San Pedro. My Pedros never look like that, even if they don't get any water - they just become thinner, but the ribs are always smaller and less pronounced.

hey, just to comment on the spider mites, you can always get a bunch of ladybugs.. somehow my house is infested with ladybugs, and i no longer have a bug problem at all.
