well in that way brewmaster .. it was the funniest article i`ve ever read haha :D
cause I did laugh and seriously did not know if I should have taken it serious :D

but 2 be honest its not such an easy diet
there are days that I feel weak and a bit disorientated
but on other days I feel 10 times healthier and better :)
also I think its doing a lot of good for my stomache since I have some serious issues with that, and green food is definitly easier to digest
I try to keep my B12 and iron on a good lvl
but its hard to know how fast a human body really burns B12 and iron
and how much u need to eat from a surtain thing to refill it
I bought some Vitamin B pills .. for whenever I feel like I didnt eat enough B12 replacers like nuts and such

I'm all about abortion; too many damn children being born as it is.
it might sounds harsh and maybe even hypocrite because I Was born myself hehe, and its a totally different subject
but I do think your right.. cause more is not really helping us out.. its only causing more problems

vitamine B12 pills don't work, it will be broken down in your stomach, you need to go to the doctor for an injection, but if you drink milk you don't need to supplement b12, it's more for vegans.

reading all this makes me very happy ^_^

(about abortion; what about sterilisation? and freezing some sperm, better to prevent than to cure)

:)
last night my boyfriend was telling me about when he was working in his grandparents farm, and how they make the cows pregnant constantly so that they have milk all the time, and how they take the calfs away after a week's life, to be eaten.
yeah, i drink milk, i feel hypocritical.but i drink very little and i vary with soja milk sometimes.
sterilisation is terrible.
abortion ... useless discusssion, that was the joke (the vegetarian topic and the palestian israeli issue are also pretty useless discussions, people will do whatever they want to do regardless).

i'm pro-choice, of course.

I think this discussion did make a lot of people more concious about what they eat.
Discussions are never useless, except nóbody is getting more "wise" because of it! :- )

Well spoken Tetris :)

They get to live out their lives, happily chewing grass in a sunny field, with not a care in the world.

Maybe that's true for American cows, where the country is wide and space doesn't matter. I don't have a problem with that, I'll be happy to eat a steak from a happy cow.
If you look at how animals are kept in Europe, in metal boxes where they can't even turn around - these cows never see a piece of grass in their whole lives. Before going to the slaughterhouse they will be loaded into a truck, driven from Poland to Spain, then back to Germany (because somehow through dubious EU legislation this might be more profitable than driving directly to Germany).
If they're lucky they'll get some water during the drive, but maybe that would be too much of a hassle for the driver (these cases happen over and over again, at least twice a year one makes it into the news)

I'm an almost-vegetarian because I don't want to be responsible for animals being tortured for a profit. I do eat meat from "happy" animals - there are organic farmers who treat their stock well, their meat is a little more expensive but I don't eat it very often anyways.
