A rough and tough guideline for me if I want to know it's a good harvest or not...

1 Watt > 1 gram yield = a fantastic/perfect grow
1 Watt > 0 gram yield = well, that just sucks.

So if you have a lamp of 400 watt. then you have a fantastic yield with 400 gram. In my opinion 0.5 gram yield for each watt of light is pretty good for your first grow. So if you're gonna grow for the first time be happy with 200 grams. And then work your way up to 400 gram in the future.
