right now i suck at pullups, as none of my gym training is geared around having much bicep strength. but im working on it, i love rock climbing. however i can do 100 pushups in a minute :lol: . ideally im trying to gain the flexibility to get my feet higher, and closer to my head, for that extra burn. the idea is to make a "v" shape. im only at an "L" so far, but have come a long way to even get to that point, so im still stoked. as it stands now i can hold that position for roughly ten full breaths.
