right now i suck at pullups, as none of my gym training is geared around having much bicep strength. but im working on it, i love rock climbing. however i can do 100 pushups in a minute :lol: . ideally im trying to gain the flexibility to get my feet higher, and closer to my head, for that extra burn. the idea is to make a "v" shape. im only at an "L" so far, but have come a long way to even get to that point, so im still stoked. as it stands now i can hold that position for roughly ten full breaths.

@everything: i was making a joke, it looks like you have shit smeared on your chest. google 2 girls 1 cup if you dont get it. but just know that i warned you first :lol:

BTW When you're doing pullups start off slow. Do 5 or 10 if you've never done them before and focus on doing them properly and slowly.

If you want your neck muscles to bulge get a friend to spot you. When you've exhausted yourself and can do no more pullups no matter how much you rest, hang from the pullup bar and have your spotting friend put his palms against your shoulder blades and gently push up. Just that gentle push will allow you to double or triple the amount of pullups.

Danger though, the next day you may not be able to move from soreness. Continue doing this and your nech/shoulder/trapezoids will be massive. Or if you're not the type who gains a lot of muscle weight, at least they'll be cut.
 
Oh ye and forgot to mention don't cheat yourself when doing pullups.

The wider your grip the more difficult it is because you're building the hard to build muscles. A lot of people hold their hands a cm apart and can do 100 pullups thinking they're showing off.

Hold your hands at least 24 inches apart or more to feel the full effect. You can also switch the grip of your hands from facing away to facing forward but that's a bit more advanced. I used to do 4 different types of pullups:
1. wide-grip facing away
2. wide-grip facing forward
3. close-grip facing away and finally
4. close-grip facing farward

At my prime I was doing 5 sets of 20 for both types of wide-grips. The close-grips become like lifting air though.
 
The only workouts I like to do are balancing and rock-climbing. I see no use for anything else, if someone wants to kick my ass, go for it, I'll drop a gram of LSD in your coffee pot next time I see you.

Its some what easier not knowing what you look like, Dont you think? Not to mention the implications on security of yourselves. Im not suggesting you are at risk but you never really know.

It also sounds like we have some pretty boys and big ego's here, I think it about time you took some psychedelics and had a look in the mirror :D

Not that I'm pro-mentalfuck, but what are you suggesting exactly? That you shouldn't do anything should you be harassed by someone stronger than you?

Tons of people own their survival to guerilla, which is exactly that, attacks on the enemy's mental instead of going frontal.

Not that it *exactly* applies to dropping 1 gr of acid into one's coffee, but you get the idea. ^^

I am suggesting that once one has been opend up to a very intricate world where they may have a better understanding of certain substances and realitys then others they shouldnt use that power or tool to fuck some one up. For instance, Dropping 1g of acid in some ones coffee...

If some one is harassing you, There must be a reason behind it. Whether its something you do or a way they feel and it can be a address'd in more then one way. A friend is alot more usefull then an enemy...

Dont get me wrong, If I tried to befriend some one while they were being a bully and they carried on being a bully rejecting my friendship. I would plan to get them back but not in a horrible way but in such away I could open their eyes to themselves and their actions. There are also people that have gone wild tho, Like mad dogs. These people tend to be extremely violent and 99.9% of the time considerd mentally ill and some times I dont think taking them on yourself is a smart idea. Most of these people end up in prisons or institutes for attacking strangers or killing friends or relatives in my understanding.

These people are not angry for no reason, Some of them have forgot what makes them angry and it has become a way of life but there has to be something that has made some one that way.
