So I might have a chance at some zoomers in the next while. I know some people say it is good to just eat lots of fruits and salad leading up to the trip, and get exercise and stuff.
I don't believe fasting works for me. I'm pretty sure that sorta negative trips I've had in the past were partially caused by a mix of low blood sugar and being overtired, leaving my body too drained to deal with a psychedelic voyage.
Just curious also if there is anything you WOULDN'T ingest leading up to a trip. Would you avoid caffeine, etc (i usually do anyway)..
