I just can't see why some of my friends really just do not like this movie at all where I think it's quite brilliant :|

Well, a lot of people don't seem to get it.
It wasn't that much of a hit in the cinama's either...
Too bad, because this movie has a lot of work put into, I think it's a masterpiece.
Darren Aronofsky is definitely one of my hero's

thats funny i saw that last night as well

it was odd, not too bad but not terrific
lots of celebs in it for some reason which i found odd because of the subject matter
the major downfall was that it didnt really have much of a plot
i took it as more of a character movie because they didnt go into enough detail as to why any of this stuff was happening

the fountain was a cool movie, as i was watching it i wished i was on acid for the parts where he was becoming enlightened
really nice movie visually

theres a movie called the golden flower and at the very end just before the credits roll theres a mandala thing, its slowly zooming out from it and it becomes more intricate as it zooms out, it looks insane and i was tripping for my first time when i saw it, its dam cool looking really colourful and geometrical

i recently rewatched a scanner darkly
it was better than i remembered lol, i thought it was kinda shit first now its not too bad

really nice movie visually

I actually was on an acid comedown 2 weeks ago when I first watched it. Very nice visuals I must say, and kickass movie offcourse

I actually downloaded the movie some time ago and forgot to watch it (like lots of other movies..) and during the comedown of the trip I just picked one and I picked right :shock:
