1) I was being ironic, even sarcastic. Maybe forgot the
2) I was merely trying to show the limit of scientific carefulness in its truth-claims.
3) Philosophy is more than what you say it is.
4) I don't deny that most of it is just a failed attempt to understand humanity, but there is more.
5) Science isn't about belief, it is about testing an hypothesis. An hypothesis cannot be proven because then it would be a tautology meaning it is blatantly obvious truth.
6) The enemy of science is fear. Just because in my experience everytime I got hit in the sack (it used to happen a lot more than nowadays) it hurt like hell, doesn't mean it will hurt the next time. I'm not trying it though, because I don't like the pain, fear it. Science doesn't care about fear.
7) It doesn't care about love either.
8 ) Funny how people jump to the occassion to let science 'test' drugs on them, but don't want to get hit in the sack to see if it still hurts, isn't it? People choose science subjectively, therefore science becomes subjective, therefore it just proves your own points, you choose what you like and disregard what you don't like, which is basically the same as saying 'I am right so shut the fuck up, I don't care about facts'.
9) As long as people are going to misuse information for their own ego-game, I say: Fuck Facts.
10) Though you can prove that kicking me in the nuts hurts one time, or even a thousand times, you can't prove that it always hurts. Soon as science says: "Always X", it tries to eliminate freedom and basically destroys humanity. There are no scientific facts. People just politicize science to further their own ideologies, trying to control the world.
Enough semantics for ya?
