Actually, I do eat lots of chocolate! I make it myself from raw cacao.

It is very good for us. Highest source of magnesium in a food source, and higher in antioxidants than blueberries.

I have no abjection's to exercise 4 times a week. This will only make your body stronger and better. Body is spirits temple! Do not forget that.
But it's little silly to prepare yourself for drug XP. MDMA drug. Ethnogenetic drugs are something else! But E? OK, you try to cleanse yourself from even a little bit of poisons and toxins. Health against drugs. :) Joke. Fasting can deliver drugs faster into blood and then into brain. But have you ever tried anal ingestion? This is no joke! Fastest and strongest way how to put drugs into your body! Some drugs will work even without MAOi is taken that way. But that is another story. This was some of my previously words from failed post. Keep that way with exercise. Body need that. Peace man. 8) :)
 
I take about 3/4 times a week some multi-vitamine pills, just to make sure that i will get enough vitamins in my system, that's besides my normal eating pattern offcourse :wink:

When i don't eat enough (extra) vitamins i will faster catch a cold or get a sore throat (you know, that little illnesses).

But don't overdo vitamins too much, because it's useless and not always without health risks.
My own experience is that if i take to much vitamin c, i will get pains in my stomach, not very pleasant if you need to go to the bathroom very often :lol:

For (weed) smokers i think that taking (extra) vitamins is extra important, because you'll destroy a lot of vitamins because of the carbon monoxide's (CO), although i'm not sure.

And after i used certain substances i also take some extra vitamins, don't know if they help much with any body recovery (if necessary), but it gives me a good feeling.
Almost like making-up with my body, after i "abused" it for a whole night partying or something :twisted:
 
i really recommend taking a iron supplement tablet 1/2 to 1hr B4 taking Lsd,
tried it once and do it most of time now.it works especially if u took acid day b4 dont have to take twice as much 2 trip
 
A forgot something important!! This euphoric joke with vitamin powering up and protecting your system, mind, body is propaganda's joke. You have bought it! WHY? If you eat normally you do not need any kind of vitamin supplements! This are only ways how to make you slaves of vitamin producing companies!! Maybe only one hundred of you need some kind of such supplement. Do not buy it. Meaning-buying shit and joke!
 
Im with goran. if u eat right drink good fluids like juices. such as cranberry apple or orange juice you really dont need to take vitamins.

I agree with that . Some people , like me , cant aford to buy very much fruit or fruit juices . I buy 2 liters of multi-vitamin fruit juice a month , and enough orange juice so that i can have one small glass a day . I used to go to the pregnant womens clinic and get myself free multivitamin drops , for my wife , and it was my only source of vitamins . But i think you have to be carefull because everyone has an individual need for each vitamin and can easily overdose on them if they arent carefull as many foods have added vitamins .
 
I do not know why is lately vitamin importance become such maniacal and like some life or death issue? :roll: People believe in vitamin C like some miracle cure! There is no kind of proof that vitamin C will improve health and faster healing time in cases of cold or flu! This theory stands only if person doesn't eat normally. Some cases require vitamin supplement like chronic alcoholism (vitamin B-complex), liver damage or hepatitis, old age with some kind of dementia symptoms(but even here vitamin B is third option after meds). Seriously I do not know why people are so misguided by vitamin propaganda?!
Why amino acids, Omega 3-6-9, ginko, ginseng, valeriana, and other true green-legal health supplies aren't propaganda so much? Because shit load percentage of masses would feel theirs health improvement-help properties on body and vitamin sale would fall for sure! For 15 vitamin adversment you can see only one true (mentioned above) adverse. SUCK :x
 
I always thought vitamin c speeds up the psilocibin changing to psilocin..From reading lots of tripreports about the subject.
I tried it myself,puting my shrooms in a blender with orangejuice.I did this mainly to cover up the bad taste of the mushrooms,but had the theory in the back of my mind.It definately enhanced the coming up of the shrooms in my experience,within ten minutes I was having my first visuals, where it normally takes atleast 30 minutes for me to get to that point.Since then I always prepare 'm that way.

Try to blend shrooms with yogurt or cacao, or just blend them solo. Try that mix and tell me have you start to feel first wave after 10min. You blend them and shrooms will be in your system faster than solo eating. Try that and tell me/us is citrus responsible or blended shroom juice? :)
 
vit c acidifies the urine decreasing reabsorbtion through the bladder so you p out the drugs. bicarb of soda has the opposite effect i read somewhere alkaline phosphatase converts psilocybin into psilocin but by what rout im not sure. the only source i know is bone liver and i dram the line there. as fot fat soluble vitamine they can cause liver damage in high doses. vitamine c isnt even an amine but ascorbic acid is an excellent mopperupper of radicals only the levo form is used in colagen manufacture
