We have a very nice bit of nature here, i love biking there on a good dose.
It`s funny, while biking my attention goes to that, so i`m able to ride normally. But when i stop thats when it kicks back in
Don`t go racing btw... i`ve burned up a dose ones before it ever got the change to reach full potential... :+
I would advice to take an mp3 player with you, there are allot of animals in woods, wich make all kinds of noises that could make you feel a bit uncomfortable.
there is hardly any natural forest in europe. I only know of a national park in bavaria (germany) where they let the forest in peace and do NOTHING. everywhere else they just would remove the dead trees, so that certain bugs can't live there, which destroy other trees usual in forestry and consequently make it possible for other plants and animals to settle down in this area.
now, after some time, there is so much diversity, it's wonderful.
but christian conservative politicians want to change this.
In BC and Alberta are some fantastic tops to hang out and scream as an Indian. Prolly in every province of Can. I mean, this is what we don't have in the Netherlands.
Who wants a friggin' carrier if there's acid and such a tremendous nature?
It's ok. Probably most of those images are of Jasper I'm guessing. The Rockies.
As for the pic next to the lake or river.. When you go a bit farther up north you start to see the aurora more frequently. It is visible quite often, but not that glamorous.. Probably a few times a year you get the image of what most people think the aurora is like.. full sky tongues of fire sweeping about
i also really like interior, southern bc.. the Coquihalla pass area is amongst the most beautiful in canada, as is the part of the island north of victoria
