I guess I should be polite and introduce myself.

I never really considered being a legit psychonaut until I read Cosmic Trigger 1 by Robert Anton Wilson, so here I am anyway. My favorite authors are those I haven't read yet. So feel free to recommend your favorites at any time to me if the urge ever surfaces. Well, recommend anything you want to me, including techniques and chemicals; new perspectives are much more fun than my own.

since you are asking for it, read "Discovery of the Presence of God: Devotional Nonduality" by David Hawkins, it's brilliant. it is the thinnest book I've read by him, and by far the most powerful.
"I - Subjectivity and Reality" was pretty good too, but the topics seem kind of scattered and random - at least that's my memory of it, maybe because it was the first I read.

don't get put off by his Level of Consciousness and Applied Kinesiology ravings though (albeit I must admit that the LoC thing does make sense, with the calibration of the Level I'm not so sure..)
