the drug reference in the movie if anything... is him taking a pill. then seeing reality bend (even the audio distortions were sort of like what you might hear on acid, granular distortions) and then coming to a new understanding about reality

I was not giving a drug reference, but a different way of seeing the movie (inot well said isn't it ?), i think i would like have a trip like this. But the scene of the pill was amazing, what you say is true.

Caduceus, you ruined my idea too, but it concerned just the first episode, it doesn't work for the whole Matrix. By the way, the scene you described is extracted from the second.

And finally, I would know if someone know The Trip ? It's a movie from 1967 with Dennis Hopper about LSD, the director has done himself the experience of LSD. The movie is not very recent, so I have no idea of what I have to expect with this film.
