I think that this possibility has some weight to it in light of DMT's characteristics.
The brevity of the experience alone is an indication that the body is familiar with the compound.

I agree here. Quite short experience indicated that our system is "familiar" with metabolizing such compounds. Which isn't the case with ergine derivatives and DOx family. Psilocin lies somewhere between due to above mentioned structural similarity to DMT. Wow, that's starting to make sense! :wink:
