Sick buds

Ok smarthead:

Take a look at this link
http://jointjedraaien.nl/wietforum/kwee ... fotos.html

I said: YES there are plants you can harvest around september.
But the 12h cyclus outside has mearly begon over here.
So it's quite impossible for haze's and many others more to be ready now.

There are in fact a lot of plants that aren't ready before oktober, even november.
Why is that so hard to believe.
You're plants look great, and I must recon your skill.

But that guy's (who started the topic) plant isn't sick because it just began flowering.
Why would that weed be any worse or any better?

I didnt say that his plant is sick . Look at the second foto . There are hairs that are brown = ready to harvest . And there are hairs that are welking . That means if it goes on like that either he will have to harvest one bud at a time or he will have one harvest with buds in diferent stages = a shity smoke . Then look at the weather . Its gone cold and wet . They neeed 15°C to grow and sun to fill them out .

I didnt say that late/slow flowering sorts arent late/slow flowering sorts .

They way you made it look it's like outdoor plants should be ready now.
Yes, oktober and november can come hard for a plant.
But that doesn't mean they can't florish to great and good quality buds.

I didn't mean to call you a liar, and I'm sorry if you felt it like that.

I've seen the second photo and to be honest I don't see brown hairs (if you mean the second photo in the first post at this topic-

Did you know our weather (belgian) is better now then july?
July I witnessed a "storm" that washed the streeds full of rain.
Cars couldn't see where they were driving.
All I can hope it stays this way.

My rainbarrel to water my plants on is getting empty, while in the beginning of the season that was no problem.
It's all relative and we don't have a constant 12 12 cycle here.
I am forced to wait till fall comes, and it doesn't come around august here :(
They only show few hairs, but the real flower starts in september
(and I'm not talking about early girls, early pearls, lowryders)
My plant is half haze/sativa and half indica.

Wow, nice plants GOD!

It's sunny today, but the sunshine doesn't reach the plants anymore (surrounded by high buildings). So I've decided to harvest tomorrow evening. Here are some pictures I just made. I realize they look pathetic compared to GOD's sequoias, but I'm still happy considering the bad location.

Thank you .

Your plants look good and they have come on very much since you posted the last pictures . Why dont you leave them out as long as posible and/or bring them in , shorten their day and give them artificial light , just to see what happens ? To give them a chance to finish off .

happy plants indeed. nice frosting and the bud leaves are lining themselves up to the light. the shade leaves are being scavanged now to power the tops. id be very happy if they were mine

GOD a dit:

The plants are too bushy to take inside, so I might have to cut off many branches (or parts thereof). I bought four normal 200 watt light bulbs, 12 euro in total. Would that get me anywhere? I don't feel like buying expensive lights.

Now they are nearly ready i dont know if it will help fatten the buds up . Maybe try it , plus a shortened day and see what happens and tell us ?

So, the job is done. First I cut off a bunch of branches, and hung them on the ceiling. They might go elsewhere later. Should they dry in the dark?

Then the plants came in, in some new soil. I think they're happy. I will add four more lamps (giving light from another angle) later. How many hours of light should they get?

They look lovely and you look beamed . If i were you i would spread the lights out and put them as near as posible without burning the leaves . You know about looking if the baby bottle is to hot by putting it on your forarm ? The lights would be good if they are at the side and also some above so they dont just grow upwards . The day should probably be something between 9 - 12 hours . Maybe someone else can say something about that ? Drugy ???

Sounds like a lot of electricity so i`d keep my eyes open to see if it has a positive effect .

Sounds like you have as much fun as i do experimenting...........

couple more weeks i think. you should put them out when it is sunny even if they dont get it directly they will still apreciate it

dry in the dark

12/12 hours day

Didn't read anything, but GOD would you like to come spend a summer or two with me? lol, Those plants look amazing! I would not mind a few of those!!!

I keep mine out all season.
Sometimes I have mold botrytis, sometimes I don't.

Next year I might stop growing weed.
But IF I ever grow outside again, I'll go for moldressistant plants.
Less worries.

I have mine still outside and stole the undertops so more energy would go up.
There was rain for the last three days, but I took my chances and now she's enlightend by the sun again.
I give her a couple of weeks and she's fully ready.

I hope it pays off for your with placing her inside.
But if I did that, I'd use my 400watt bulb (and if I had a 600 VSA + bulb I'd use that.)

Good luck man, look nice ladies to me!

if id grown outside this year it would be a dissaster. its been raining most of the summer and we have 5 days of sleet snow and gales forecast

There are now four 200 watt light bulbs, four 60 watt light bulbs, and four fluorescent tubes surrounding the plants. 8)

that should do the job. just make sure they dont get too hot.
thats a lot of wattage, why not invest in a sodium lamp, 250w poot or something, for next year?

We can get enough money for a sodium lamp by inviting people over for light-therapy..........
