Yeah.. some cats like weed, SWIM had a cat who would walk up and demand a bit of pot smoke blown in his face, after a while the cat stopped asking for it though. Cats seem to self-regulate quite well. My cat won't go for the catnip everyday but on occasion she goes crazy when I pull it out. she gets excited about the smell of grass but that's it. Man does she ever hate the smell of tobacco tho.

I couldn't imagine going to the zoo high. I'd probably have to leave. Some zoos are better than others, but some, tiny cages with ruts/paths along the fences where the tiger paces back and forth all day

I actually mostly had a lot of fun with my cat when tripping (luckily she wasn't too demanding).. amusing visual distortions aside, I would start noticing the cat's particular unique mannerisms and idiosyncrasies in the way she does her day to day activities.. start relating that to how humans develop mannerisms and vica versa.. At some level it illustrated to me in a way I found quite humorous, how living things on this planet are really all made from the same stuff..

i love cat's mannerisms. i could watch a cat go about his/her usual business all day long. i just love how they are so methodical and elegant in their movements. must come from spending half a day meditating

We got our buddy's rabbit high. Hahahahahaha. It just sort of sprawled out on its stomach and laid there then fell off the bed, went behind the TV and sleep for 10 hours straight Hilarious.

But on the subject of "Shapeshifting". Mushrooms seems to do the trick. My stomach felt like... oh god this hard to explain. Like I was a monster or something and my stomach was breathing up and down, and my chest felt like it was getting bigger then smaller. Crazy stuff.

I'm not really into getting the pets high....but one of my cats used to get real close and lovin' everytime i smoked pot...anyhow pot and salvia and DMT got me in pretty uncomfortable shapes often...in strong doses.
each has it's own feel...so far DMT was the best sensation i got at shapeshifting, but i never consciously thought "ok i wanna shapeshift" it just happened.

My mom has a cat who I think is hearing voices in his head. He's a totally cute tomcat and then suddenly he looks somewhere (where there is just nothing!) with that kind of crazy look, and if you touch him in that phase he'll bite and scratch you. Then one minute later he's totally cute again.
Poor cat, I really think he's on a 24/7 schizophrenic trip...
