mushrooms against toxins and heavy metals!

We know whats going on . Some mushrooms can be cultivated on land contaminated with heavy mentals and they acumulate them and are then harvested and "dealt with" = the land get cleared ....... a little . The mcyceleum stays there = where the myceleum strands were the concentration of hevy mentals in the ground is MORE than before . Can anyone plant seeds in the spaces that have been "cleaned" without comming into contact with the remnants of the myceleum ???

This method for me is only camouflaging! 20-40cm of soil is clean but deeper layers are same. No REAL cleaning effect. But maybe there are some "special" shrooms which discompose metal??

Other way that method is waste of money and time. It's better to dig up such soil and dispose it somewhere else, on waste disposal.
But when you dig out soil, remove it, enrich it with mycelium and compost, shrooms can be used as purification sucker.!??
After such treatment "50"% of waste is out of soil and you can use it for concrete base layer, lifted area for train tracks (which is going to be polluted anyway, as substrate to some kind industrial use, brick (concrete ones placed in the middle of structure, or maybe some kind of chemical ORE!!, for special purpose-filling nuclear waste disposal holes&mines with soil rich in lead to suppress radiation???

WHO KNOWS???

He means that only the toxins from the layer where the mycelium lives will be removed. And he's probably right.

Now apologise :bear:
