MDMA, trip and questions

Hi there, I found this website lurking the web about MDMA effects and similar subjects, I'm sure we'll get along fine.

So, I have taken MDMA 4 times in my life, and each time it seemed something different.

1st and 3rd time nothing happened, fucking placebos.

2nd time, I took it in a music festival, like 30 minutes before reaching destination, and I didn't feel any of it coming... As I stepped closer to the sound, I felt like drawn to the music, and I got the effects like right away :
- The usual love stuff
- Weird feelings
- Very fucking happy and laughing my ass off with one of my best friends that took the same amount (he had the same effects)
- I sat on puke and found the texture very interesting for my ass through my pants

The guy that sold me this told me it was pure MDMA, but it looked really odd, like a candy covered with white gray-ish powder.
Dosage was about 100-120mg, put in a cigarette paper and swallowed.

Now the third time... omfg that was a true mind blower. I bought it in 500mg capsules approx filled to half with powder (didn't open).

I felt the slow rise of the drug rushing through me approx 15mins after eating it :
- Sharpened eyesight
- My limbs were made liquid (didn't find any other metaphor... I really felt like i was turning to liquid, like I felt my veins)
- Every other part of my body right after, including my lungs, it felt really weird to breathe and not to feel your lungs.
- Hallucinations, very visual, I was like wtf I am feeling this ? I shouldnt feel this, but fuck it it's good. Like triangles rushing from left to right.
- Vomiting three times, two first times nothing came out, and the third only a small amount of puke(probably acid), however that did the job and I felt good again.
- Couldn't speak correctly because of my jaw, like I was experience intense cold and shivering.
- Felt the need to sometime watch the stars and reach out for them with my fingers trying to catch the fabric of it.

I don't remember much else, exept that it was the first time of a friend, and he got scared so I took care of him like any mdma user would, conforting him telling him it was ok and that this dope was fucking great. He kept asking how much time it was going to last, and I kept thinking 'god I hope it lasts a bit longer because I'm so fucking high'.

Now the question... Was that MDMA alone I took in the capsule that last time ? was it just the higher dosage that made me feel all those things ?

If it was really 500mgs in one bomb would be as intence as you discribe. it sounds like mdma to me.

The capsuled seemed half filled. Ok thnx, I didn't know that with that dose(250mg i guess) it was that powerful effect

(I think a bit of the visuals came from the eye going nowhere)

Sounds like MDMA and some other RC or something maybe mixed in... Glad you weren't tweaking ahha

Thank you for your answers, it's very nice to have a community of people that answers to the almost novice, and won't ignore them because of their lack of experience.

One last thing before moving on... I saw things like that :

But it wasn't with faces, only with vegetation. Like a field with the same plant in it, it seemed repeating and odd. I still got those doubled visions of repeating pattern 2 weeks after. I find that odd, but rather funny.

Do you think i'm ready to try shrooms after those experiences ? I would love to order Columbian cubensis because they are said to be low anxiety. Do I have to create another post in correct category for that ?

I feel in some sort of peace, with the smile on, and realy want to try shrooms with my best friend. None of us had taken before, and he only took an xtc pill once (I don't talk of all the weed we smoked...). Do we need to get a sitter ? I was thinking just preparing the house correctly and putting most of the objects away would do the trick. I'm not sure i want to have some one else with us, because i'm not sure any of my friends have taken shrooms before.

you should direct it to the shroom sub-forum, but sure, yeah - take a light dose a 1/16th ounce and take it from there. If by an hour you don't feel much, take another 1/16th ounce or less... 1/8th can be perfect or very strong depending on the person & the potency.

Good luck! Shrooms will give you an immense amount of appreciation for closed eye visuals (CEVs) and emotional connections with things. Glad your x trip was good.
