Hi everybody !
At first, I apology for my English, I'm from France..

I tooked MDMA on Friday evening, and since the effects are gone, I feel like some kind of depressed, like no-sense life, I feel like staying in my bed the whole time, I sleep 12 hours per night and it's not getting better.
I'm a user of MDMA and X since a few years, and I never experienced this feeling for more than the usual next day, and I begin to feel like it's not gonna get better.
Normally I'm this kind of smiley-face guy, I have no external reason to feel like depressed, and I just don't understand what is happening.

If someone already experienced the same sensation lasting over days, please tell me what to do, I really don't like this feeling

Thx.

MDMA is used very successfully for therapy, for letting hidden things we have repressed come up. I use it that way intentionally, and it is possible you have hit something that is sad and depresses you. This will prove a good thing if you let it come out and don't fight.

I'm not saying this is the case. Maybe you got some bad X.

But in case it is, sit with eyes closed, be comfortable, breath slow and deep, relax, then open an "imaginary" conversation with yourself, like:
"Hi. I feel very (sad, tired, depressed, lonely)... Is there something I should know? Please don't be afraid to come out. We are friends and I will accept you, and take care of you.""

Imagine talking to a small scared child. After all, it would only be some part of yourself who got scared and has been hiding.

If you do this kind of loving conversation with yourself in a deep relaxation, it can do wonders in self-therapy.

That is one possible reason some people are "hard heads"... they don't really want some old stuff coming up. I knew a lady who could not get off on 3 hits of X, and I was with her and tuning in to guide her. Guess what, I got a negative contact high and couldn't get off myself! Same stuff later on, worked fine! There's more to this than just chemistry sometimes.

Good luck. If it was bad stuff, I hope it passes and you are OK again.:yawinkle:

Maybe your brain precursors are depleted. Try being off X for a few months and take 5-HTP and Tryptophan. It'll replenish the serotonin parts of the brain. Then you can get back on it and try X once a month. It's similar to when someone had a lot of caffeine for years. They complain about being drained. Then after being off it a while and taking L-Tyrosine, the adrenal glands are replenished and they feel better. Then they can try caffeine again.

Don't worry it will pass, just remains calm dude! Sleep weel too :)

Wow, I didn't expected these answers !
Actually it feels quite better since a few days, I think the "facing deep problems" might be the source, and actually working on these problems really help to feel better :)

In anyway, thanks all for your help, real nice community !
