haha. most things seem pretty trippy to me when im tripping (duh!) :roll:

I did watch tv some while tripping when i first started using LSD. The two things that stand out most clearly is softcore B-movies (late night HBO) and commercials. Those are pretty much the only things on tv in the middle of the night while still wired on lysergic (besides infomercials, which seemed strangely gritty).
I remember my buddy and I actually *watching* softcore for the plot and feeling emotionally connected to the characters in their respective situations. This is pretty funny looking back because B-movies are known for their buxom actresses, NOT their plotlines.
Then there were the commercials. they seemed like little pieces of corporate magic put forth to brainwash us all (i guess they are). I never realized how much went into making them pretty and all the CGI that they do to whisk you away to ad-land. Its like hypnosis practically! I just remember seeing shampoo/conditioner commercials and thinking of all that time and energy that had been spent in order to distract me for 30 seconds.

Now you can see why i dont watch TV anymore!

The only time I was really connected to tv when I was on lsd was when I was on 1/2 a 2000 Hoffmann and I suddenly saw the speakers behind the German voices in a Hollywood movie. I could see this bearded, 50 year old guy who translated all the action-heros and it was all fake, but fun...
That time it wasn't really much lsd I know (but at that time I thought it was much)
Today I trip so hard I don't need and want any tv while tripping, but maybe I'll get a tv-trip once again...

I beg your pardon .. half 2000 = 1000 mics? And a thousand mics is not "really much lsd"? It's like the sunshine acid for California, it's rare, espescially it's usage, wel .. now hippies are thinned out. I still think it's quite a lot.

Siq, the blotters he's talking about are called Hoffmann 2000.

Yeah, the blotters were called "Hofmann 2000" (as in the year 2000) and they were supposedly having 200mics on them. So I was on 100 mics.

One of the most trippy things I ever saw on tv was a program on german television that showed movies taken with a camera stuck to the front of a train and you saw miles and miles of tracks

You should check out the IMAX Movie Chronos. A ton of things like that.

My all time favourite, without a hint of doubt, is Bob Ross.

You'll be absolutely amazed how he creates those beautiful landscapes. Besides that, he has a very friendly calm voice, which is soothing.

This weekend I am going to do some cubensis. Cannot wait to put Bob Ross on again, lol.
