There are no dumb questions , asking questions is always good and we can all learn one way or the other .
Not being able to see the instructions you have it would be hard to give you tips .
Learning as much about sterile work as you can is your best bet .
Go through the steps you are going to do in your head first , untill you understand what you have to do and why .
Having patience is always a very big help .
And leave the cultures alone . Just watch them and leave them alone . one of the biggest problems for beginners is buisy hands = picking them up , messing around with them , opening them .
