Leaving grow box unattended for a week

I am going to be attempting to grow shrooms for the first time in a few days but due to sods law I have to go away for a week.

I have read all the online material I can find and know that they usually only need a few sprays of water to get them growing and occasionally a little more later on.

Do you think I will need to water them again within 7 days? Or will they be ok all on there 'lonesome...

If there's enough moisture inside the box so that it won't dry out in a week, then it's ok. It's better if you give them fresh air every day and check the moisture, but I have had to leave grow boxes alone for a week on some occasions and they were always fine afterwards.
I always covered the floor of the bucket (not the growbox itself!) with lots of water so the humidity was guaranteed.
