No no no !!!
If you let them germinate a little too far they're not going to be a much effiscient energy source.
The goal is to activate the enzymes and give the minerals inside a "living charge" ; this usually takes 12-24 hours.
You know because they're plump on the teeth yet very smooth, you eat it and your body tells you "thanks" every bite, thats how I feel bout em.
But too far into germination and you wont have much carbohydrates left for your itnestines and the probiotic bacteria to chew on ! Those will produce B vitamins and other neat stuff.
Anyone who'll try it morning and before bed for a week will swear by it I'm certain, it made a major difference in my life, more than any expensive supplement I ever took ; and I tried to stop eating them and see if they were really that good, and yes, it's like a revolution.
You can eat all the full grain bread you want , you're never going to have such neat effects.
You don't cook them , you just fill a big ceramic pot with em, let them dip, after you take your first bowl in the morning you rinse them with fresh water to get the hull enzymes out of the solution, strain them and leave them in there for the night ; with one pot I get 3 good bowls, don't be shy to eat ALOT, with dried fruits, nuts and honey I like, some people tolerate honey less.
