Joy! they started growing!!

My peyote (5CM across), I only have one because I want it to get my undivided attention, has been standing in a room where it got upto 40 degrees celcius this summer. Few droplets of water everyday. He seemed to like it. Now it's standing in front of the window, hoping to get some sun.

In about 1 month, I'll stop giving water at all, till summer.

Sounds very nice Dutchman! So did you buy a cactusgrowing kit somewhere before you started?

I'm also thinking about buying some seeds and growing them. I've got sunlight at my window until about 2 / 3pm. Is it possible to start with sunlight + desklight at the same time? Because I'm working daily from 9am - 5pm.

Ow mate, and if you know any spot still to find some salvia ''stekjes'' I would love to know, thx!

I am planing on starting my first san pedro grow. From seeds. Would it be good if I used a lamp?
I was thinking cool white bulb. Or maby something that gives more heat? Neon? I guess it should be set on 12/12?

Wait until May or june, put them on top of an aluminum pie tin filled w/ 50% organic soil and 50% perlite (not vermiculite). Lightly sprinkle soil over top of the seeds and give them a heavy misting of clean water. Cover tin with seran wrap (clear plastic wrap) and set in a sunny spot. Uncover once every 3 days to allow fresh air.
