I heard about that too , people say in US and England is very dangerous for the drug users , even cannabis users ,but is shure you know that better than me , unfortunately for you , here the police only want big dealers , they NEVER arrested a person because drugs consumption and they can't do it because isn't a crime here is just a little infraction , but i never saw a police talking with somebody because a joint I smoke it everyday in the street and i m not afraid to do it with a police .
