Going to Awakenings in Amsterdam over Easter - Advice needed

Hi Guys,

I'm going to Amsterdam over the Easter weekend in April with some friends. We are going to the Awakenings techno party. What do you think our chances of scoring some Mandy or decent pills in there ?

Ive been to Amsterdam loads of times before but only really done the bud.

Any advice would be great.

First, great party! Awakenings is one of the best techno party's in Holland
Getting pills shouldn't be a problem, just ask people nicely and they probably help you. Molly on the other hand could be kinda hard though.

Can't wait till Awakenings Festival!! 10th time Awake fest and the 100th time Awakenings, thats going to be one special party.

The fest is king, had a blast there last summer on lots of coffee and weed.

It truly is a great party - just be very ware of patrolling security guards (even through the crowds). They enforce a strict policy, if you get caught with drugs you will be kicked out and possibly handed over to the police.

There have been plenty of good pills again lately, but be careful when approaching people.

The detroit edition is going to be awesome, can't wait

Yeah the policy sucks, but you won't get a penalty for just a few E's, but they'll kick you out.

Actually it happened to me a few years ago when I was carrying a small bottle of G with me in the gashouder (domestic location of Awakenings). Naive and intoxicated as I was, I thought I could just walk around with it for one minute before hiding it in my pocket, NOT. Lucky enough it was already 6:30 AM.

I did a bit looking online about this and saw some videos and it looked amaing, i would like to check it out sometime, how often does this go on? every year? where? just amsterdam?

Im going to the 1996 - 2001 party on the Friday night (2/4/2010) Really looking forward to it. Hopefully some kind soul will be able to sort us out in there as I certainly am not buying anything off the street dealers. Will have to make sure I am careful though as the security seems pretty hot
