Well fat is due to eating more trash food and some of the meals, which are prepared in oil. So first they have to keep these meals, next they have to add fruits and veggies such as mango, bananas and oranges and vegetables such as cabbage, spinach and some sort of meats like fish as well after that exercise, also has great significance in my view for burning fats.
