Again, I don't mean by this that life becomes empty and unbearable, just that without any common ground between you and others it can be hard to relate to them. "

I think you have totaly missed the point . Also ego death and enlightenment are not the same . Maybe if you knew what both are and had experienced both or either you would understand .
