is something like silica packets (the ones you get in pepperoni slice and beef jerky packets) worth ones time? im doing most the other things as well, but along with those, will this have a positive enough effect to make it useful? or is it overkill?
also, idk about freezers or fridges, i had a shallow debate on this a while back. personally i have a fridge that is way too cold, and theres not much i can do about that. (i can change it, but my mother is OCD about that shit and would definitely chang it back)
im thinking i dont want any moisture to get in and that too cold of a tempurature is going to damage the product in the thawing freezing thawing etc process as it is impossible to get 100% of the moisture molecules out...
more advice, corrections?
