Caulerpa taxifolia is a dangerous invader in the mediterranean sea.
Using it as an hallucinogene could be a nice solution. Ther would be a lot of volunteers to help the countries clearing the bottom of the sea.

It contains terpenes, that is while no marine animal eats it.
I don't know more.
