okay so lately whenever i get ahold of some really good buds i follow this guys recipe here to make myself a few crackers which work really well:
http://crackers.kisps.net/
anyways, this guy says to cook the crackers @ 320F for 22 minutes. i've done this probably about 4 or 5 times now and its worked out great.
however, the other day while i was over at one of my buddies house i brought up this recipe. he was saying that THC actually begins to break down around like 290F, so by cooking it at 320F i might be losing some of the potency.
is he right? for anyone who has done this before, what would be the absolute ideal temperature and cooking time for these crackers to potentially get all of the THC out of the buds and into the peanut butter (and from there into my bloodstream).
im off all weekend so i was going to make these on friday, so any quick, informative responses will be greatly appreciated.
