Worse for you because your not dutch and probably / maybe youd get thrown out before or after any trial / prison sentance .
The police are generaly OK though . They actualy feed you in the police stations !!!! I got a few cups of tea and some chocolate buiscits before i got thrown out of the country . They didnt forget it either . A few years later i was in transit through Holland and they held me in custody for a few days before i could get someone to vouch for me = garantee that i was in transit , didnt want to stay and had somewhere to go to in another country . If i hadnt they would have deported me back to the country i had traveled from where i had just got out of prison and didnt have anywhere to stay or any means of income .

i dont know what they think youre going to be doing with it
but if they do find that you have the 2 plants they will break the stem of the plant if its only small, if its big and ready to be ripped i believe (not 100% sure) that they take them away from you

I'm not an expert here, but as far as I've understood in the Netherlands homegrowing is ok if you keep the number of plants limited to five and grow them on your balcony or in your garden. A grow room is considered a fire hazard, so you can be kicked out of your apartment or house for that, even if you have less than five plants and don't tamper with the electricity. But again, I do not know very much about this side of the law. Does anyone here know the specifics?restin a dit:

Damn, that's nasty. A person would be far better off these days moving to California and getting a medical prescription.....I've been told by many people that it is easy to do it out there in the Northern areas, generally pretty relaxed and laid back.
Canada is fucked now too, those conservatives up there got carried away and basically repealed all that was great about their cannabis policies.
There are still only around a dozen or so states in the USA where medical mari is a real option. Generally any of these would treat you better under state law than the official law of the Netherlands.
The cool thing about the med laws is that the areas where states allow it are in parts of the country where you are much more likely to find a doctor who is not an authoritarian cock-head, and who actually is read up on cannabinoid science a little bit.....

At Spice, Cali is probably the state in where drug use is generally accepted the most amoung American civillians. Anyone can get a medical prescription quite easy for a wide range of chronical complains.
Cocaine is a very popular drug amoung US civillians, except that it happens more in secret. But man, I wonder what the results would be if every politician would have it's blood checked. Not that it matters, but still.
