Erowid a dit:As Newell watched, her friend knelt and the stranger plopped a single drop from a vial into Otwell's nose. Otwell immediately started babbling incoherently, Newell said. She got him to the medical tent at the festival, but within 30 minutes, he had a seizure and never regained consciousness. Taken to Tulane University Hospital, he was placed on life support Saturday night; he died Tuesday.

hipforum a dit:I woke up 9 hours later and went into the kitchen to get a glass of milk. (I couldn't eat my stomach still felt like shit) and when i looked in the living room my dad was there and i thought i would go sit down and talk to him have a nice chat. And once i stepped foot into that living room i started to feel light headed, i then sat down at the same exact spot i layed down in while tripping and... Well i don't remember the rest but i woke up at the hospital with IV's in me. Apparently i had a seizure and passed out immediately after seizing. (my parents didn't think anything of it cause i am diagnosed with partial seizures or something like that)

NCBI a dit:One of the previous works indicated the possibility of the cardiotoxic action of the Psilocibin mushroom, effecting in anoxemic heart laesure. To verify the hypothesis of the Psilocibin-like myocardial damage wide experimental programme was designed. In the present work we introduce some results concerning magnesium, calcium, natrium, kalium and chloride plasma concentration in rats subjected subchronicly to psilocin and phenylethylamine. Basing on the obtained results, it can be stated that subchronic intoxication with natural hallucinogens may disturb magnesium balance without significantly effecting other microelements.
Le 25i-nbome étant un agoniste beaucoup plus puissant (du récepteur 5-ht2a), il est possible que son action sur le magnésium soit aussi beaucoup plus prononcée ?A suivre...
