Xtention / wormwood

Heya! I just got my bottle of Xtention (the formula WITH ephedra) and one pill is way too strong for me!! Does anyone know a way to take the herbs gradually throughout the day? Can I open the capsules and dissolve them in a drink to sip slowly? Or anything like that??

My other question is... I ordered wormwood, but am having trouble with all the different absinthe recipes I find online. Can anyone reccomend one that they have used, and found to be pretty good?

As for the CAP.
You can indeed open the cap and only take part of the contents.
Simply take what you think is enough, put in mouth and swollow.
I do the same with my ephedra caps (a single cap is to strong for me).


The wormwoord recipy is easy.
Take any kind of strong liquer that you like (Rum, Wodka, Pernod etc).
Pour some of the liquer in another bottle (otherwise the bottle will be to full) now add aprox 40 to 50 grams of WW.
Wait for two weeks, filter the herb from the liquid and enoy!

200ml (two glases) of this drink should suffice.
I do advise having a very strong tasking beverage
standingby to wash away the taste, because WW tastes awefull!
But the effect is definitaly worth it

If you want to drink absinthe, I recommend you order some real absinthe on the web. The ban on absinthe is history in Europe and so real absinthe is being made again - but beware only a few brands are real, like for example Un Emile from France.

Believe me I have tried everything: I started with soaking wormwood in alcohol, after that disgusting experience I have tried almost every promising commercial brand, I have had illegally made Swiss La Bleue, I have even sipped on a glass of 1911 Berger absinthe that a nice fellow had poured (at the fete d'absinthe in Boveresse near Pontarlier, the birthplace of absinthe).
What I can tell you from this is experience is that absinthe is definitely not (and has never been) a psychedelic substance. It is an intriguing drink with a nice feeling to it - I love it very much as a special alcoholic drink, but if you want psychedelics, then order shrooms, peyote or lsa seeds, you'll get more for the money
