XTC / MDMA in clubs in Amsterdam - learned advice needed!

Hello people, this is my first post here, so I hope I don't offend by getting straight to the point (in my usual roundabout way!). Hope that this is the correct area too...

My question is simple really, four of us are off to Amsterdam in a month for a weekend away from the trials of the daily grind. No, we are not going to get beered up and act like dickhead brits abroad, just for a chill, a smoke and a night in a club. None of us are regular consumers anymore, now that family and boring life have got in the way, but we do like to let our hair down annully and relive the glory days of the late 90's...

We could get some pills or MDMA in the UK and take it over, but I don't fancy that so much, since it is probably easy to get over there, and ?maybe? better quality.

So what I'm after knowing is:
- Any good club recommendations - not poncy, just with a good atmosphere and decent progressive/techy/dirty house with a lenient drug policy
- What's the best way to get hold of some ingredients? Really don't fancy being sold asprin at knife point by the guys who wander the RLD, nor do I want to upset the cafe staff by asking in there.

So yes, that is the quandry, I'm sure some of you guys are much more experienced in the Amsterdam scene than me, would appreciate your advice!

I can give you my experience from a while in amsterdam. Im sure the locals know more.

The pills that i brought were quite cheap compared to sydney and fantastic quality. Around the red light districts you will get aproached by people selling coke, being a foreigner at first i didnt go to these people till it was explained to me by a brit expat that first it was unlikely that it was the police (never ran into one when i was there for 10 days) and that the quality from the street dealers was pretty decent.

In my 10 days i might have brought 5 tabs and 6 or 7 pills and only had one problem and that was when they didnt have change for a 50.

I would advise that you be relatively careful and sensible.

On that note has anyone been to the escher museum in hague?

imagine, you were lucky. Street dealers usually just sell baking powder at $50 a gram.

The quality isn't as good as it was a few years ago. Latest reports are that about half of the pills contain real MDMA.

Prices can be anywhere from free up until 10 euro's for a pill. It usually doesn't say much about the quality, though.

I don't know which clubs are good.

I bought from 3 different street sellers in Amsterdam and got them tested, none of them had any MDMA in them. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I haven't found any MDMA pills in over a year(I'm not constantly seeking though). I'm inclined to believe it's far less than 50 pro cent which contains MDMA now. I even heard the condition to get MDMA is far better in England (at least in London) but that's just what my English friends told me.

If you want cocaine you can buy from the bodyguards of the red district, from what I heard they almost always sell the real deal.

^^Thats definitly the best way to get good pills in Holland. Just look for people who go boiiiiing, and ask 'em.

Btw. The best pills @ the moment are yellow whit a smiley on them.

MDMA is by far the best you can get at the moment here in the netherlands.

All the pills are filled with stuff that doesnt belong in there.

For the first time in months its easy to get mdma here with a good quality and finaly there's enough, VeRyNiCe

that's funny swis used to stuff 500 mg of mdma in a capsule and say try this out.

when swis was buying tulips and shit in the 90's it was 120-160

While I agree with you that 80mg might be a slightly too small dose, I can't see the point of using 500mg straight. It will only amplify the side effects of MDMA and the harshness of the comedown.

Using 100-125mg of good quality MDMA is usually enough to complete full serotonin release.

well then i guess you have'nt expirienced what 4-5 doses will do to you it's not bad at all.
i love it the only way i do ecstacy is if i have at least 10 grams.

I would definitly recommend you Home Club, it's far the best club I went in the center of the city, it's located just close to Rembrandtplein.
When your are in front of the big club Escape on that place, just go to the right, and then straight down during more or less 100m, and the club will be in a small street to the left.

You really would better don't buy any stuff in the Redlight, or when people come to you in the street. You will just buy sugar...
Dealer in the street are just here to scam tourist...

If you go in some other underground parties outside the city, it's much more common and easier, and the parties are also very good.

If you are interested, I can send you some good place for parties there...

I'm going to Amsterdam over the Easter weekend in April with some friends. We are going to the Awakenings techno party. What do you think our chances of scoring some Mandy or decent pills in there ?

Ive been to Amsterdam loads of times before but only really done the bud.

Any advice would be great.

Scoring drugs in Netherlands is easy, just ask the guy who's dancing the hardest ^^ as for good drugs pre-bought: Very hard, you ll need contacts to not get ripped here....
I have used PURE(95%+) mdma here and if you can get that and a rolling paper you ll have alotof fun. but dont do more then 50-200 mg the first time.

How come? I sure cant handle 500-1000 mg...

i meant the jump from 50 - 200.

50mg isnt a large enough dose for me(when i DO do mdma)

and i wouldnt dream of taking 200mgs because of the amplified side effects.

if i were to make that post i would say to keep the dose between 70 - 120 mgs..
rather than dont take more than a small dose or a massive dose. know what i mean?

yeah its off course different for everyone, Ive seen people take 50 mg(me) and they go on a magical tour, but a friend once took 500mg on a night and hes still alive

start small is the best advice i guess.
